This new house is located in Cyprus in Kolossi in Limassol. Unelem Consulting Engineers have design the electrical system of the house as also the energy performance study for the contractors to be able to construct the house.

The house is completely insulated with the FKDN-Thermal Extruded Polystyrene thermal system from Knauf Insulation and Expanded Polysterene from Bauer. Apart from the insulation of the house shell, it has thermal energy efficient windows that are designed to slow the passage of heat to improve the comfort inside the house. In summer, these thermal windows block hot outside air from entering the air conditioned environment and in winter, they stop heated air from escaping.

The installed energy efficient inverter air conditions make the house more efficient and more friendlier to environment having lower consumptions of the energy needs for cooling and heating of the spaces.

Furthermore, the installed shutters play an important role to the effiency and performance class of the house as they made it more efficient and having comfort internally.
